Service Description
Tooney Ty will set up at your event and draw unlimited 11" x 17" caricatures for the duration of time you've ordered. You will be charged a 20% Non-refundable deposit to book Tooney Ty. The remainder is due the date of your event prior to Tooney Ty drawing.
Cancellation Policy
The 20% Non-refundable deposit for all cancellations will not be refunded.
